Superannuation Act 1972

In Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 (offices to which section 1 of that Act applies), in the list of “Other bodies” for “Employment as a member of the staff of the Auditor General for Wales” substitute “Employment as a member of the staff of the Wales Audit Office”.
Finance Act 1989

In section 182 of the Finance Act 1989 (disclosure of information), in subsection (4)(a), after sub-paragraph (iii), insert—
“(iiia) of the Wales Audit Office and any member or employee of that Office,”.
Social Security Administration Act 1992

In subsection (8) of section 123 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (unauthorised disclosure of information relating to particular persons) after paragraph (ba), insert—
“(bb) any member of the staff of the Wales Audit Office, and any person providing services to that Office””.
Education Act 1997

In section 41A of the Education Act 1997 (inspections involving collaboration of Auditor General for Wales), in subsection (6), for “the Auditor General for Wales an amount equal to the full costs incurred by the Auditor General
