In this Act, unless the context requires otherwise—
“1998 Act” (“Deddf 1998”) means the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (c 39);
“agricultural wages order” (“gorchymyn cyflogau amaethyddol”) is to be construed in accordance with section 3 (but see also section 12(3));
“agricultural worker”
