7  Regulations respecting leases generally

(1)     Save as hereinafter provided:—

(i)     Every lease shall be by deed, and be made to take effect in possession not later than twelve months after its date:

(ii)     Every lease shall reserve the best rent that can reasonably be obtained, regard being had to any fine taken,
