7  Provisions relating to British Transport Commission

(1)     The lands which vest in the Minister by virtue of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section one of this Act do not include any underground works which, immediately before the passing of this Act, were vested in the British Transport Commission and do not form part of the underground access works.
