[61QC  Meaning of “street area”]

[(1)     A “street area” means an area in England—

(a)     which is of a prescribed description, and

(b)     no part of which is within an excluded area.

(2)     An “excluded area” means—

(a)     a National Park or the Broads;

(b)     an area comprising a world heritage property
