3  Joint planning committee for Greater London

(1)     The joint planning committee for Greater London established under section 5 of the Local Government Act 1985 shall continue to discharge the functions mentioned in subsection (2).

(2)     The joint planning committee shall—

(a)     consider and advise the local planning authorities in Greater London on matters of common interest relating
