352  Offences

(1)     A person who discloses information in contravention of section 348 or 350(5) is guilty of an offence.

(2)     A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable—

(a)     on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or both;

(b)     on conviction on
