[(1)     Transparency rules may make provision for voteholder information in respect of voting shares to be notified, in circumstances specified in the rules—

(a)     to the issuer, or

(b)     to the public,

or to both.

(2)     Transparency rules may make provision for voteholder information notified to the issuer to be notified at the same time to
