SCHEDULE 26 Increase in Maximum Term for Certain Summary Offences

Railway Regulation Act 1840 (c 97)

In section 16 of the Railway Regulation Act 1840 (obstructing officers or trespassing upon railway), for “one month”, there is substituted “51 weeks”.
