96  Power to make consequential provision

(1)     The Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument make provision in consequence of this Act.

(2)     The power conferred by subsection (1) includes power—

(a)     to amend, repeal, revoke or otherwise modify any provision made by an enactment or an instrument
