(1)     Notice must be given to the registrar of the appointment in relation to a company of—

(a)     a judicial factor (in Scotland),

(b)     [an interim manager] appointed under [section 76 of the Charities Act 2011] [or section 33 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008],
